| Making sure you get what you want is my number one priority so please make sure you let me know exactly what it is you are after and which colour you need. In some cases I may get you to provide me with the fabric, especially bridal wear. This will ensure that we get a perfect colour match.Once we have decided exactly what you want a 50% deposit will be required in order to start your headpiece. Once the headpiece has been mocked up I will send photos through to you for approval before it is completely put together. This will allow for any changes you might require. The other 50% will then need to be paid and your headpiece will be ready for shipment.
Please allow 2-3 weeks depending on order. Urgent orders will be considered. Returns: The materials used are very fragile and require the utmost care when handling. Special care is taken to package the headpieces to minimise damage in transit. Refunds will not be accepted on damage through Australia Post. If you wish to purchase additional insurance please let me know so that it can be adde to your cost. Please choose carefully. Each headpiece is custom made for you and therefore I do not offer a refund for a change of heart. |
